Where is the product made? 

All of our products are formulated in Canada 

Is my Capsule dish-washer safe? 

Yes! We designed it so that you can use it over and over again and it will sustain extreme heat and washing cycles. Upon finishing a deodorant pod disassemble your capsule and place each piece in the dishwasher prior to replenishing your next pod. 

Where can I buy NATE products? 

NATE is currently only sold online through a direct to consumer approach. We plan on partnering with some key stores in the future and will keep you updated on that. 

Is NATE deodorant tested on animals? 

Only Humans! NATE is a cruelty free company that loves animals. 

What is the light pink hue that showed up in my deodorant stick?

That is the natural vanilla. It can display a light pink hue over time and this is normal. It will not affect the integrity of your product. 

How long does shipping take and does Covid-19 impact shipments?

Typical shipping times will range from 3-7 business days.  Due to Covid 19 shipping carriers are experiencing occasional delays. No stress here though as as soon as your order is processed you will automatically receive shipping updates. We greatly appreciate your patience throughout these times and hope that you are staying safe and healthy. 

Where do you ship?

Our focus is currently Canada although you can submit an order from outside of Canada.

What does it mean to subscribe to NATE? 

A subscription allows you to receive products when you need them without even thinking about it. It’s done purely out of complimenting the busy lifestyle that you live and trying to make it just a little bit easier by having it just show up to your doorstep. Once you subscribe you will be in complete control of your subscription. You can change the frequency, cancel, pause or modify an order at any time. If you still have questions you can get in touch with us and will be happy to help. 

How can we pay for the products?

We offer payments via all major credit cards 

What if I don’t like it? 

We own up to our products 100%. Our passionate team puts our money where our mouth is and backs our products with a risk free guarantee. We rarely have issues but if you do simply send us an email to contact@nategrooming.com and we’ll make it right. 

How does the referral program work? 

$10 for you and $10 for them. 

It’s quite simple...Refer a friend that purchases a product and $10 credit goes to you and to them. The more you refer the more credit you get! 

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us at contact@nategrooming.com with your order number.

How do I use my coupon or discount code?

Our promo codes are not automatically applied to orders and must be manually entered during checkout in the “apply discount code” section. Please ensure your order is correct before placing an order and note that only one discount code can be used at one time. Unfortunately, we cannot make any modifications to an order once it has been placed.

I am having difficulty signing into my account. How do I recover my password?

Please contact us at contact@nategrooming.com and one of our team members will be happy to help you reset your password.

When does my product expire?

All of our products have a shelf life of 3 years while unopened. After your product is opened, we recommend using it within 12 months to ensure peak performance and efficacy.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan.

I had a reaction to one of your products. What should I do?

While our products are formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin, everyone’s skin is different and reactions are always possible. We recommend discontinuing use right away and seeking professional medical advice if the discomfort doesn't go away. We are also happy to provide a refund for the item in question if you provide us with your order number and feedback at contact@nategrooming.com

Why does my deodorant look or smell different from previous I’ve purchased?

Due to our use of natural ingredients and essential oils, which can exhibit deviations from harvest to harvest, different batches of the same product can occasionally vary in colour, texture and fragrance. Storage conditions, including temperature and light exposure, can also have an effect. Please note this does not impact the efficacy of your product.
